Natural Health Services accepts returns within 30 days of the original invoice date on unmarked, unopened products. To request a return, please contact Client Care at customer.service@naturalhealthservices.org for a return authorization number and write this number on the outside of your shipping box. Returns must be shipped within 3 days from the issue date of the return authorization number. Natural Health Services is not responsible for shipping expenses for returned product. Upon receipt of your product return, Natural Health Services will issue a product credit to be used toward future purchases, less a 20% restocking fee. If you receive an order that is incomplete or damaged in shipment, you must notify Natural Health Services within 3 days of receipt of the order.
